Dear colleagues

The second OARConline workshop took place yesterday (August 11th from 13:00 - 15:00 UTC), and we would like to thank everyone - participants, speakers, patrons, the crew - who helped make it a great success. We are also grateful for Verisign's annual Patronage financial support of OARC.

There was a smaller OARC crew this time. Keith, Matt and me, Denesh from staff were joined by Anand, Jan and Ralph from the PC for the rehearsals and running of the show in the background. PC Chair, Shumon provided support to the three PC members and Jan and Ulrich assisted with the social media and audience engagement on the day.

If you are interested, there is a Workshop Report blog posting at:

The slides for the day are available in the workshop agenda at:

The video recordings are currently being post-processed and we will inform the community once these are available.

Patronage shows support of the workshops over a period of a calendar year and enables OARC to be more effective in future planning, developing and organising workshops. We would like to thank our patron so far in 2020:

Promoter: Verisign

If you would like to be a Corporate Patron or even sponsor any of our individual workshops (we now have OARConline specific sponsorship opportunities), please refer to the document at the link below:

September 28th & 29th

OARC 33 will be an online only workshop. It will be a longer programme and take place over two days which will also include the AGM.
