[dns-operations] dns management (perhaps ipam too)

Hey,

My current goto solution is  https://phpipam.net/ but that only makes
sense if you are using it as ipam aswell.

If you want to implement approval system
https://github.com/operasoftware/dns-ui worked quite well for that.

Feature set wise https://github.com/vinyldns/vinyldns looks interesting
but quite big stack and haven't actually used it myself.

Just last night found: https://github.com/msimerson/NicTool but haven't
tried it yet.
