[dns-operations] simple TCP/IP DNS benchmarking tool

Hi Bert,

Works great. Awesome job with this tool and the new ones also. They will 
surely be useful with our testing.

What dnstcpbench could use is a little more output information about the 
queries, like qps. But still, great work.

I'm already having fun using dnsscope.
