Added mean and median qps & latencies, github has been updated, packages
will be live shortly on https://autotest.powerdns.com/ .

$ dnstcpbench -u 82.94.213.34  < superqueries
Average qps: 12921.3, median qps: 13449.3
Average UDP latency: 133.664usec, median: 117.229usec
Average TCP latency: 7221.17usec, median: 4458.16usec
OK: 1139116, network errors: 0, other errors: 0
Timeouts: 10884
Truncateds: 1150000, auth answers: 1139116

And with this, I'll stop spamming dns-operations with news about
dnstcpbench.
