This has been fixed now. The old RRSIGs had

 start 2012-12-18 09:09:16 UTC   end 2013-01-17 09:09:16 UTC.

The new ones have

 start 2013-01-23 03:12:30 UTC   end 2013-02-22 03:12:30 UTC.
