It is compiled by hand so, there are probably a few mistakes and,
anyway, filtering may change on a daily basis (or the tester was
simply on the campus at the time of the test and forgot that point...)
Most open resolvers (for instance the famous Level-3 ones) do not have
an explicit policy about being open and so can close at any time.
