The DNS has perfectly serviceable update mechanisms built into them to share
zone updates automatically. It hardly seems useful to share with this
mailing list announcements that a zone has changed, regardless of the zone's
provenance and ubiquity (or lack thereof).

If the members of this list disagree, and such announcements are considered
useful, I am sure everyone can share with the list each time they edit their
zones.
