Additionally draft-ietf-dnsop-as112-ops contains guidance for setting
up your own AS112 sink. The work involved is rather manual, as
described, but I would suggest not especially complicated for someone
familiar with *ix plumbing.
Since it's perfectly feasible to build a functional AS112 node out of
a five-year-old desktop PC that would otherwise be thrown in the
garbage, the capital cost is similarly low.
