Ms Desiree Miloshevic (United Kingdom) – Member of the Board of Trustees 
of the Internet Society, Special Advisor to the Internet Governance 
Forum (IGF) and International Affairs and Policy Advisor at Afilias.

Dr Phillip Hallam Baker (USA) – Principal Scientist of VeriSign.
Before joining VeriSign Dr Hallam-Baker was Research Scientist at 
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the World Wide Web Consortium and 
the European Organization for Nuclear Research, CERN.
