Yeah, mailing that address seems to be an exception to the normal process, and it was the normal process I was asking about.  I’ll track down whoever manages the mail servers for root-servers.org to verify, but a quick scan of the mail server suggests that address doesn’t exist anyway.

I’ll update the page later today with these new sites, and probably come up with something a little more solid for future updates.
