[as112-ops] New AS112 at grifon (Rennes, FR)

Hi,

With six month late, this node is finally publicly announced.
At this moment, only cogent accepted the routes, 198507 and 35665 are
still pending.

This node was already used by Breizh-IX peers without any issue so far.

Could you please add us to the list on the website?
