The point is that AS112 operators are not all reading this mailing list,
and we (as operators) are not knowing each others, and as it is a
loose-coordinated community. Some AS112 operators may just run their own
AS112 instance locally without any contacts with us/this mailing.
Asking "the operators" to implement a config change on the existing
service running through blackhole-[1,2].iana.org will not really be
efficient, and is not the right way to do so, IMHO.

FYI: I implemented it on Hivane's AS112 node in Paris. But I feel (and
fear) that it will not be implemented on the whole AS112 instances.
