We are bringing this request to the AS112 operators now as the document
has matured to this point in its publication process. If an insufficient
number of network operators are capable or willing to make the change
until the new year, then we'll re-evaluate the timing on making the
actual delegation.

I'd still encourage those that are able to make the change as soon as
possible to do so. If you need to hold it in abeyance for your own risk
mitigation reasons then that is your call. I know this is something
where we are developing a process as we go, so I appreciate everyone's
patience and help.
