[as112-ops] [Ext] Re: Request to add home.arpa to AS112 repertoire

Hi Clement,

I don't know how other DNS Systems handle a not configured zone, but on powerdns the 'Server fail' comes as fast as a NX Response. So although it is not nice to get an improper reply, it does no big difference for the end-user on an empty zone. Therefore I think it is not a too big issue if not all AS112-Nodes are knowing the home.arpa zone initially.

PS: our (AS48200) AS112-nodes (Frankfurt/Nuremberg) also implemented home.arpa yesterday.
