[as112-ops] IPv6 + AS112?

Until the delegations are there to blackhole-3 and blackhole-4, this IPv6
effort will not have any effect, is that correct?

So if I added IPv6 as proposed here, i think i would get 0 queries, as
nothing in the DNS points to the IPv6 addresses of the AS112 node.

Or am I misunderstanding?
