No harm asking here, it's something to be considered in lieu of formal 
adoption by IETF DNSOP.  Not sure if it's appropriate yet to discuss on 
DNSOP until they adopt it.  (Joe, is there a way out of the circular 
argument other than their formal adoption of this draft?)
