Yeah, I don't think this is a significant concern either. The whole 
point of AS112 servers is to handle junk traffic. I don't think it 
matters who the junk traffic used to belong to. If some node can't 
handle a little extra junk traffic then they probably shouldn't be 
running an AS112 node in any case?
