Mine:

0) Seems like a good idea.  Definitely a simple solution to the configuration problem for new zones.

1) Why three IPs?   If someone wants to shift the traffic between several nodes for some reason, two IPs should be enough.

2) The "Omnisicient AS112 Servers" seem more likely than any random IP to attract other junk traffic for domains that people don't want to get traffic for anymore (disused RBL lists, domains under DoS attacks, etc).  Is that a consideration/concern?  I didn't see it mentioned in the draft (maybe to not bring attention to it, maybe because it's a insignificant concern).
