[dsc] Problem with CentOS 8

Hi Jerry,

thank you for your answer.

I think I found the problem! The user that runs DSC is not allowed to
run tcpdump or pcap.... I try to found a solution on the web for this
problem but they all point to tcpdump... Do you have any recipe for pcap?
