[dsc] Need some help with initial setup

If you are new to the project and don't have to maintain older setups I
would recommend you to have a look at Jerry's great docs on how to setup
DSC with grafana:

This week I ran into similar problems like you and to the grafana setup is by
far more easy to setup than the old CGI stuff.
