[dsc] DSP Guides for All-in-One and Multi-Node setup

Hi all,

I have just finished two setup guides for DSC, the All-in-One have been
tested on Ubuntu 14.04 and I hope the other works as well.  Feel free to
test it yourself, give feedback and please tell me if there are any
issues (or misspellings).
