[dsc] not seeing graphs

Is the "refile-and-grok.sh" cron job running?

What files/directories do you have in /usr/local/dsc/data/oakland?

Also check the file/directory permissions to make sure that the
CGI userid can read the /usr/local/dsc/data directory, and its
subdirectories.  The apache error log might have some clues.
