[dsc] not seeing graphs

I am trying to setup DSC, and believe everything looks ok, however  
when I click on the server/node, and then any of the available graphs  
I receive a blank page.  At this point I'm not sure how to go about  
troubleshooting, can anyone give me any pointers?  I have one server  
and one node, going to a page like: dsc-grapher.pl? 
window=3600&plot=bynode&server=oakland gives me a blank page.
