[dnscap-users] dnscap pcap_thread libpcap error - generic error

I'm hoping to use dnscap and am not able to find anything online as to why
I get an error when attempting to start.  I installed the packages
suggested from the README as well as dnscap through repos (EPEL and
dnsoarc's
https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/@dnsoarc/dnscap/epel-7-$basearch/).
The OS is Centos 7.2.

*# yum info dnscap*
