[dns-operations] Upcoming DNSViz Maintenance

[Matthew Pounsett]

The DNSViz service at <https://dnsviz.net/> will be put into a maintenance
mode on Friday, September 25, beginning at 16:00 UTC. I expect this to last
for three to five hours.

I'll be doing a large amount of work on the database server that supports
DNSViz which will require the database to be down for long stretches.

During this time, DNSViz will still be able to run new analyses, but it will
not be able to access historical data, and will not save new analyses for
later viewing.
