is there anyone on this list from oneandone.net / 1und1.net / Ionos?   Or
anyone who can point me in the right direction?

Could you please reach out to me off-list?

My employer (Amazon Route 53)'s customers are seeing weird a lot of odd DNS
traffic from one of this provider's IPs.
