[dns-operations] Anyone from register.com or web.com here?

Noticing some issues with reaching dns101.register.com and
dns102.register.com from the midwest region.

I've noticed the issues from Chicago and Utah on our caching servers.

I've also noticed issues from other ASNs via the RIPE Atlas probes.
