This could be related (it also mentions Turkey), but actual information 
is still thin

I really don't like the sound of this part

"As part of these attacks, hackers successfully breached some 
organizations that control top-level domains ..."

One academic on twitter did mention a TLD by name, but I can't find the 
reference, so I'd rather not repeat it until I do.
