[dns-operations] a dot at the end of SPF host

Hello

I am always strange that why there is not a "." at the end of SPF host?

For example,

tuffmail.com.           3534    IN      TXT     "v=spf1 
include:spf.mxes.net ~all"

Shouldn't it be this one?

tuffmail.com.           3534    IN      TXT     "v=spf1 
include:spf.mxes.net. ~all"
