[dns-operations] DNS vendors - please add DoT and DoH to your products

To all the DDI, IPAM, DNS vendors (particularly "DNS appliance" vendors):
   Please consider adding DoT and DoH to your DNS offerings.  This appears
to be a hot topic and your users might soon be asking for this 'feature'.

Users:
   If this is of interest, please submit a "feature request" to your
prefered vendor.
