[dns-operations] catalog zone transfer very slowly

Hi:

When I use the catalog zone in the following structure to implement
automatic adding/deleting zone,
 Why the 1st and 2nd records will take effect very quickly, and 2nd will
also send the notify message, but I can't see the message receiving the
notify in the 3rd servers'log,  So on the third, fourth and fifth server,
the record will take effect very slowly, very slowly, and I have to
manually perform some operations.
