Their German contact address: kundendienst AT ovh.de, at least
answers e-mail, but best I can tell refuses to forward messages
to the customer's technical contact when the technical issue is
on customer's side and in the customer's interest to resolve
(e.g. stale TLSA records after a certificate rollover).

Not sure whether having non-working/non-coöperative email contact
in WHOIS is grounds for a complaint to the registry. With the
tech at ovh.net address bouncing as over-quota for months now, at
least domains with that as the ostensible contact may warrant
complaints.

It would be nice if OVH were less of a contact black-hole, is
that an inevitable feature of operating "at scale"?
