[dns-operations] DNSViz 0.8.0 release

Hello all,

Just a quick note to let you know that the 0.8.0 version of DNSViz [1] has been released [2].  Among the features included in this release are support for 0x20 and DNS cookies.  Other EDNS compliance tests were introduced in a previous release.  We hope this is a valuable addition to other tools being utilized to prepare for DNS Flag Day.

Please note that the Web version (http://dnsviz.net/) does not yet include the latest features, but they will be integrated soon.
