If your name is Disney or Paypal, sure.

But since it isn't, don't waste your money.  Your brand is not worth
impersonating, and in the unlikely event that someone does, you can
use the UDRP to thwack the offenders.

A lot of new TLD business plans assumed vast numbers of brands would
buy vast numbers of defensive registrations.  They were wrong.
