[dns-operations] DNAME implementation consistency?

Hello,

FreeIPA project is using DNAMEs extensively for its magic tricks in
service discovery and AFAIK we never met a problem with it. (Do not
forget that DNAME answer is accompanied by synthetized CNAME.)
