[dns-operations] DNAME implementation consistency?

i think it's important to note that dname will not work everywhere.

nor will edns.

nor will aaaa.

and that doesn't matter. use it, and make it somebody else's problem 
when their busted-ass middlebox prevents them from reaching you.
