[dns-operations] A feature of ednscomp that may confuse the naive

I notice that https://dnsflagday.net/ now encourages you to try out a domain
name "without www".

The ednscomp site produces results which are liable to confuse end-users who
don't understand the different between a domain name and a zone name (and
there are plenty of them). Thus

  https://ednscomp.isc.org/ednscomp/3d161c460c

makes it appear that everything is OK with lists.cam.ac.uk. (It is, of course,
but ednscomp hasn't actually tested any nameservers!) The result for a name
that does not exist, such as

  https://ednscomp.isc.org/ednscomp/3d161c460c

at least makes it look as though something is wrong. It would probably be
better if endscomp at least gave an error saying "no NS records" for a
domain name that is not a zone name.

This isn't meant to sound ungrateful to ISC for providing endscomp.
