I just reviewed all TLDs.
The following TLD have wildcards record except the rdata 127.0.53.53.

No. By definition, an authoritative name server is... authoritative. Whatever it says, is the truth. (Lying DNS is when a third-party, such as a resolver, modifies data for which it is not authoritative.) _______________________________________________
