[dns-operations] DNS Made Easy - DNS Contact?

Hi,

DNS Made Easy refuses to transfer zones with DNS minimal responses (which Knot DNS only supports now) and we would like to see this resolved at their side rather than adding another bell&whistles knob to the configuration file.

Anybody has a good contact with them?
