[dns-operations] Writeup of Spring Workshop

Hi everybody,

When I registered for the workshop I signed up as a volunteer and then
promptly forgot that and didn't volunteer for anything.

Perhaps to make up for that I wrote a summary of the wonderful workshop this
weekend, it can be found on:

It has brief descriptions of all presentations, links to the videos and
provides some context.  Finally it has two things we discussed and I think
"we" should do regarding Linux/UNIX UDP performance and the "shut up
packet".
