i think:

dose -> does

DNS zone transfer is out-of-scope ->
	DNS transactions between recursive and authority servers are out of scope

The HTTP-version is always "HTTP/1.1" ... are you sure? we don't actually care, this is a 
transport matter between the web client library and the web server.

as to the back and forth in 3.2, i agree with shane.

as to 3.3, i think this is wrong. the two-octet length field is a tcp/53 transport artifact and 
should not be copied into the payload transmitted by http-over-dns proxy systems.
