[dns-operations] BT DNS Request Volumes

Thanks for the follow up guys!

Anyone on list work for BT? Were they doing some kind of DNS filtering just
for cloudfront.net...? Did any other DNS providers see AS2856 traffic drop
off I have to wonder.
