[dns-operations] Identifier and naming system for IoT

I do think that DNS should not laugh at the 'IoT' hype and we should see
what we can do there.
No one else can support the million qps rates, distributed and cached.
Even though a lot of IoT stuff is hype, *something* will have to do the
naming/lookups of all those devices!
