I stumbled upon this via twitter, so is it illegal to use a caching resolver,
when querying for .berlin entries?

Or is it even illegal to respond, when a client sends a query, as I do not
have an explicit written agreement with nic.berlin. to use their TLD?

# dig +short txt berlin

the zone is prohibited. " "All rights, in particular the right of duplication,
circulation or usage, belong exclusively to nic.berlin, unless you have an
explicit written agreement with nic.berlin."
