Well if 30-50% of all domains have bogus contact details they need to
be removed.

15 days is enough time to generate mail (not email) and get it
delivered from just about anywhere in the world to anywhere in the
world.

There is also the SOA RNAME fields which may be different.

There is also the telephone.
