[dns-operations] .ORG website experiences intermittent DNS failure

At the moment, the "two" name servers for newmarketstageco.org are unreachable.  I'm quoting the word two because the registration has ns1.myviabank.com and ns2.myviabank.com, but according to the glue in the .com zone both name servers have the same IP address.

Since that IP address isn't reachable, newmarketstageco.org is unresolvable.
