Yes. It is also true for IPv6, DNSSEC and BCP38. In these cases as
well, you need millions of parties to act and this is partly why none
of these three techniques is fully deployed yet. Nevertheless, you
were and are a vocal supporter of IPv6, DNSSEC and BCP38. Probably
because you believe that things *can* change. So, it can work for
one-label domains as well.
