[dns-operations] Go Daddy is down

godaddy.com did not use the domaincontrol.* nameservers for its own
godaddy.com domain in the past, so the outage might not affect the
godaddy.com domain itself. (the whois there is now also down, so I
cannot check the current status)

Resolving godaddy.com itself works for me, but they might have a SSL device
that is seriously unhappy with the load:

 	An error occurred during a connection to www.godaddy.com.

 	SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

 	(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Not sure if they used to deploy HSTS, but my browser went to SSL. So
this could be a side effect / issue due to HSTS having told everyone
to connect with SSL. A manual telnet to port 80 still worked for me to
get their "we have issues" page.
