"Dnssec-trigger reconfigures the local unbound DNS server."

this is the right approach if you're running that server.

i've got three problems with that. first, i don't run that server.
second, i'm not convinced that a gethostbyname() implementation that
talks udp is necessary in this model. third, i'm not convinced that any
existing recursive name server makes sense if it's only going to be
talking to local clients.
