It's not a DNS question but a Debian-specific system administration
question. If you're not the sysadmin, ask him/her. If you're the
sysadmin, you may be interested in:

* <http://backports-master.debian.org/>, specially
<http://backports-master.debian.org/Instructions/>

* <http://wiki.debian.org/Backports>

* and of course the traditional solution to do it by hand (wget, tar,
./configure, make, set up by hand, etc) Very painful (specially for
the next upgrade of the system or the next emergency patch of BIND)
